Lake Buena Vista Hotels are the newest hotels to be built near Disney World, and the Lake Buena Vista area has over taken Kissimmee as the place to stay if you want a nice hotel in the Orlando area. Lake Buena Vista started being built about 10 years ago, and this little township sits on the North side of Disney World.  Here are the benefits of staying at a hotel in Lake Buena Vista:

1. Newer Hotels- Since the Lake Buena Vista area was built less than 10 years ago most of the hotels in this township are a little newer than any other area near Disney World.
2. Shopping- The Lake Buena Vista Hotels are built near great shopping centers. There are two great shopping centers in Lake Buena Vista and both of them were built in the last ten years.  These shopping venues have great stores such as: Levi, Guess, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Saks.
3. Wide Roads- There is one main road which most the Lake Buena Vista Hotels are built on, State Route 525, this road is 8 lanes wide so it make getting in and out of Disney World easy.

1. Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort-This Lake Buena Vista Holiday Inn is located less than 2 miles to Disney World and it has over 450 rooms. This hotel offers king rooms, double rooms, and kidsuites. All the rooms in the main tower have been completely remodeled and this hotel offers one of the best swimming pools of any hotel in the Lake Buena Vista area.

1.  Doubletree Lake Buena Vista- This DoubleTree is technically located off the Disney World Property, but it is so close that you can actually walk from this hotel to Downtown Disney. The Doubletree hotel is designed in a jungle theme and it always a family favorite hotel.

1. Radisson Lake Buena Vista Hotel- The Radisson Lake Buena Vista is located just off I-4 and Apoka Vineland Road. The hotel is one of the newest properties to be built near Disney World, and it is located literally 600 yards from Disney’s Main entrance.
